We, Anugoonj Media Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "Company" or "Naadgoonj" or "Naadgoonj Music Academy" or "We" or "Us" or "Our" and their connotations for the sake of brevity) operate a website (hereinafter referred to as the “Platform") which is engaged in the service of providing training and coaching imparted by teachers and/or instructors and/or trainers ("collectively referred to as "Teacher(s)") in creative learning fields such as, without limitation, music, dance, and to facilitate the sale, purchase, distribution, etc., of products and/or services related to and resulting from the above mentioned creative skills and art("Services").

Our Platform is primarily for the Teachers enlisted on our Platform and the end users who want to avail the training and/or tutoring provided by the Teachers. The Teachers and such end-users are from now on referred to as "You"/"User(s) ". Please be aware that the Users below the age of 18 shall mandatorily require parental consent to use or to enroll themselves on our Platform and the services offered thereto.

Please be aware that the Platform gathers a certain personal Information from its Users. However, the said information is collected with prior consent obtained from the Users. Any capitalised term used but not defined in this Privacy Policy shall have the meaning attributed to it in our Terms.

Please note that Our Users’ privacy is extremely critical to us, and we recognise and acknowledge the privacy concerns of the Users. Therefore, as a commitment to provide a safe and secure experience on our Platform, we have formulated this privacy policy to help Users make an informed decision.

  • Calls or Demo Classes: Calls that happen between students and tutors, who are a part of the selected program, are recorded. Such recordings are made and kept for auditing purposes to ensure that tutors/teachers are adhering to the guidelines of the platform and it’s associated policies.
  • For the purposes of audits, even demo classes will be recorded to ensure tutors are adhering to the guidelines and policies of the selected program. Even regular online class sessions will be recorded for the same purpose.
  • No recordings will be shared with any third parties or unauthorised personnel. They will be used for internal purposes only.

Duration of Data Stored:
We shall retain Your data only for as long as is necessary. After a reasonable time, when we no longer require the data, it will be destroyed appropriately and securely or anonymized as per the law. We retain Your data for as long as needed:

  1. To comply with Our legal and contractual obligations
  2. As long as We have a continued relationship with You;
  3. As long as it is necessary to provide Services to You
